Located in Sant'Eufemia Lamezia, Le Solite Holiday Rooms offers maximum comfort for those who wish to escape from the chaos of the city, spending their holidays with family or friends between the sea and the mountains, but also for those who travel for work.
THE STRUCTURE
The structure, located on the first floor, consists of a well-equipped kitchen/living room, 3 very spacious and comfortable bedrooms equipped with smart TV and air conditioning (hot-cold) and 2 bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 8 persons. Equipped with Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and toiletries, it provides a linen change service on request.
Guidelines are available at the property to help guests sort waste correctly.

A bus stop is available just a few metres away that allows you to reach the wonderful beaches of the Tyrrhenian coast of Calabria where, thanks to the morphology of the area, you can relax on the beach or engage in water sports such as surfing and kitesurfing or diving to admire the rich seabed.
Just 5 minutes away are the Terme di Caronte (Charon Baths) famous for their beneficial sulphurous waters that gush forth in an almost magical atmosphere. Here you can relax your body and mind while rediscovering well-being.
Thanks to its central location, you can reach the neighbouring towns and villages that will enliven your stay with their religious and folklore events.
